Brake line from wheel cylinder broke

how/could new fitting be replaced on /fitting going to the wheel cylinder the line is combination of rubber flex hose and metal line going to proportioning valve

you will have to replace the wheel cylinder and get new lines. I know of no other way. You live in a snow area and this is pretty common.
