Brake issues

(1993 GMC Vandura 2500)

i just replace rear shoes,cylinders,lines...etc. and went to bleed an noticed the small part of the master cylinder resiv.was dry...i added and i am not getting any fluid at all to the rear..but fluid is gona again but i dont see any leaks anywhere its all dry...the pedal is really hard and feels when i apply pressure to brakes it puts big load on the engine...where is fluid goin?

This needs to be inspected in person, the brakes are a very important safety issue. Sometimes when you work on the Brakes and the Master Cylinder is the original, just working on it pushes it over the edge, I have seen this problem in person.
