Brakefluid sipenser is constantly dry... do not notice any leaks... what could be causing this to happen

Check out at each wheel for leaks, check the flexible brake hoses going out to each front wheel and rear axle and inspect the metal brake lines. It is possible that the brake master cylinder is leaking at the rear seal at the brake booster end of the master cylinder.
