bought a motor from junk yard found out its stick shift my bmw is an automatic

how hard will it b to put the torc converter on the stick shift flywheel

You cannot put a torque converter on stick shift flywheel. Hopefully the flywheel of your engine will swop and mount onto the back of the engine you just bought. Replace the rear crankshaft oil seal while you have the flywheel/flex plate off. Remove the valve cover and maybe the oil pan and see if the motor is any good prior to spending all the time to install it and then find out its bad. Do you have a workshop manual?
