Both of the windows started doing this at the same time.

(1991 Acura Integra)
Both windows aren't going up or down. All the electric switches have been checked to see if anyone was damaged but seems like that's not the issue, can't seem to find what it is. Please help.

I have, I took every single one of the fuses/relays out and put them back in. They seemed fine but not sure how to check if they are getting power. Do you know where I could check? Thanks for replying.

is your fuse box cover not marked with what each fuse works, and the position of the fuse in the box.also do you have a fuse box under the hood, and under the dash inside of the car?i can't find a diagram for some reason, but i do know that each window is a 20 amp fuse.and you do have a 2 door, and not a 4 door, correct!!!
