Blown fuse to parking lights and dash lights

my dash lights and parking lights do not come on. Also when replacing a fuse it burns out when I flip the switch for the parking light and head lights

There is a problem in the circuit that the fuse protects. You will need a wiring diagram and a volt/ohm meter to be able to diagnose this problem. You should consider taking this to a shop, these problems can be difficult too diagnose, even for the highly experienced technicians.

it is the dimswich or head light switch
