Q: Blowing antifreeze out overflow when driven on 1996 Cadillac Eldorado

Cooling system pressure like that and overheating is never a good thing. You will really need someone to evaluate the integrity of your engine and the functionality of the cooling system. A thermostat sticking could be at fault, but cylinder head gasket issues could also be a problem. You could have additional issues with coolant flow as well. Get a qualified technician to help you sort things out.
thanks...I'm thinking the motor has to come out as the thermostat has been replaced already..
