Blower motor won't blow

(1999 Ford Contour)

Changed the blower motor fuse and it did not correct problem.What else can I check to see if the blower motor will work?

Sounds like you have a faulty blower motor resistor. This would be inline at the wiring to the blower motor. Check the resistor and wiring connector.
If it is blowing fuses, unplug the blower motor and repace the fuse see if it still blows fuse. Check for power at the blower motor plug, If no power may be fan speed resistor. If you have power to the plug your blower motor is probably bad.
