HIT IT IN THE CENTER WITH A LARGE HAMMER TO BREAK THE RUST FREE THAT NORMALLY WORKS WELL

A 2 wheel drive truck should be equipped with a hub/rotor assembly. The rotor is not a slip off type. Need to remove wheel bearings to remove hub assembly.

truck is 4wd you sure rotor does not slip off?

If its 4 wheel drive it could be a slip off type. If it is get some "blaster" brand pentetraing oil and soak it down at center of hub and base of studs. Try and spray from back side too. Let it sit for a while and then get a big hammer. Hope you not planning on reuse of this rotor. Wear some goggles to protect your eyes.
