Great service good reliable work performed.

You only get one shot at first impressions and that is the key to returning customers! The work performed is excellent. However, regardless of employee circumstances, it is wrong to be rude based on gender and race. I fail to understand why the woman at the front desk is this way. The same treatment was experienced by my daughter and other referred females from EMS, Fire, and Law Enforcement. The men all said communication and work performed was fine. As a paying customer, my family and I will no longer suggest this shop to others via personal friendships and social media. It is a financial hit to maintain a vehicle issue and being treated badly should NOT happen! 'Lookism' is a concept used to describe a setting where there exists discriminatory treatment towards others. It takes only seven seconds to form this long lasting deep-rooted opinion.

Bert was fair and treated me right. He could have taken advantage of me by stating that I need a new transmission instead of the retry of codes which was much less than a new transmission.

He's given me really good service, very honest. He's just an honest repairman. When I've called them, I've been able to get my car in, done on time, and they get it repaired. Never had a problem with any of his repairs.
