I have taken my vehicle to Beiler's for years and always been thrilled with the service and work. I have recommended Beiler's to everyone This last experience was terrible.
They were able to fix one issue to for a fair price, but the rest was just a disaster.

They are fair and do not try to "fix" things that are not broken. I trust them to take care of my car completely.

Pricing was very expensive and I feel like quotes over the phone changed several times.

The timing belt is made of rubber. Think about old tires, you know how the get "dry rotted" from age? Timing belts do the same thing. The good thing is that on a Lexus if the belt breaks, it doesn't bend valves so the worst thing is you get towed in.

Floating feeling can be caused by worn out shocks/ struts. Bounce the car at every corner, get it really bouncing and then start counting after you let it go. It should be completly motionless after 2 seconds if the struts are good.

It could be low fuel pressure, a clogged catalytic converter, or a jumped timing belt/chain. If it has an electronic throttle, there could be a problem with that also.
