(1999 Ford Explorer)
a noise around full area of car. During rotation. Not Brakes! but, also hear while coming to stop. scratching,scraping sound. Possibly the car is not moving as easily?

Probably the front wheel bearings are failing, the 2WD model has replaceable bearings but the 4WD model has to have hubs all are available at http://repairpal.com/ Repair Price Estimator
