HOW DO I CHECK FOR DRAWS ON THE SYSTEM WHEN MY BATTERY IS GOOD AND ALTERNATOR IS FINE,HOW AND WHERE DO I CHECK FOR THESE DRAWS ON THE SYSTEM,I CHECKED ALL THE FUSES AND EVEN DISCONNECTED RADIO

You should use an ammeter that is rated has at least a 10 amp fuse. You can use a test light, but it doesn't give you a specific reading like a meter will. Watch this video for instructions on how to check the amperage draw. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dt5Z2NfcBac&NR=1
Make sure when you are performing this test that all doors are closed, keys are out of the ignition, and everything is off.
