Random pattern/center of where car was parked; what is this fluid/what is best course of action? Thanks!

If someone has added a fluorescent dye to almost any of the fluids it could have that neon glow. While coolant would usually be high on the list, your Pontiac would normally have Dexcool in it which is orange. The best thing to do is check fluid levels to see if anything is low and add as required and then get to to a shop to be checked out.
