Automatic Seat Belt Drivers side.

(1990 Toyota Camry)
This is for Valleyautotech who answerd my question. I have several more for you. What/where is a spool release switch and a lock switch. Also do you think there might be a short/motor bad. Thank you for answering my questions and getting back with me in a timely matter.
