I had them change the oil in my transmission. I think they used the wrong oil because a week later the transmission went out. I won't be taking it back to them to fix it and I would not recommend anyone let them work on their transmission. I have had lots of work done there in the past and never had a problem until the last time I went there. I just had a bad experience last time.

We appreciate your business and it was unfortunate that your transmission failed 6 weeks after the fluid was changed. We use a high quality synthetic transmission fluid that meets your Honda vehicle spec Z-1. There was no chance that we used the wrong fluid in your vehicle. It was noted on your receipt that your PCM was failing. This is the computer that controls your transmission and engine. This may have caused your transmission to fail.

They are good there. They get you in and out and are conscience of me while I am there, so I can say they are good. Apart from this, they should make the rates they charge better so that they can attract more customers.

The facility was clean but the guys running the place didn't seem very friendly. They didn't honor the promises from the other Auto Lab. So, I guess that is what bothered me the most.

I find Glen to be exceptional. He took the time to explain the work they did. They all were nice and finished the job in a timely manner. They do a good job and I would recommend them to anyone because they are friendly.

I had my steering column and my entire exhaust replaced on my ninety-six Caddilac. They took very special care of my car while they worked on it. The did the work very promptly. They even provide me with a loaner car when I need one. They are wonderful I feel like I cannot say enough good things about them.

I went there because I thought there was something wrong with my engine. It ended up being my AC compressor and it went from a $3,000 job to a $1,000 job. They also advertise on the Christian radio station and I really like that.

I would check and make sure the window and locks work properly. Also make sure the door closes properly and there are no gaps around the door. You dont want water coming in if it rains and creating mold on the carpet. We perform pre-purchase inspections on vehicles before cars are performed. It is a comprehensive inspection of a check list of brakes, suspension, electrical, mechanical inspections. This way, you know what you are buying and related issues you may have. I will say, most people are surprised at what we find and thank us in the end. We save them from making a bad purchase or give them negotiating room with the buyer. Without doing some electrical testing, its just a guessing game. The vehicle needs to be in a no start condition to diagnose. You would have to be prepared to leave the vehicle. You need to take it to a repair facility that does diagnostic work. Give us a call. Im sure we can help you. 248-643-7690
Heat radiates out, but blower doesn't...
It is located under the dash on the passenger side. Because the blower motor does not work, doesn't mean that is your problem. The blower switch could be bad. The blower resister could be bad. The vehicle has detected a problem with one of the components in the air bag system. There are many different things that can cause a malfunction. A scan tool is needed to diagnose the vehicle. car is riding a little low for an AWD car ...
$247.24 out the door per side for front coil springs. We recommend replacing the struts and the strut mounts while the springs are replaced. There is no additional labor charge and this would be a more complete job. The struts and mounts are very wearable items. Its best to have the suspension inspected.
