Air control knob

(1999 Ford Expedition)

Control knob allows air/heat to blow on high setting but does not work on medium or other settings, only on "high".

Usually this means the blower motor resistor has failed https://partimages.genpt.com/largeimages/710284.jpg And its available at Napa Auto Parts But I see 2 different styles and you can find a shop to change this here www.repairpal.com/directory The part runs from $22 to $80 at www.napaonline.com
