Air Bag problem

Air Bag light flashes. Diagnostic code 27.

Code 27 indicates that the controller detects a fault in the Passenger Airbag On-Off Light Circuit. That means you could have an open circuit in the bulb, if the bulb's burned out. Check if the light works, it probably doesn't and that's the cause of the diagnostic code 27. Less likely is the possibility of open or short in the wiring or a faulty bulb socket.
If the bulb lights and works fine, then I missed the boat but that's what I'd check first.
