After some distance when turned off and restarted jeep has a shake to it

It's like it's missing but only does this on long trips AFTER turning off and restarting. If we let jeep cool down it starts and runs fine.

IF it's the 4.0L, it is possible the #3 & #4 injectors are partially vapor locked from heat off of the exhaust manifold after engine sutdown (heat soaked). Insulators may be available, i use aluminum foil. IF it is the 5.2L, disregard! You did not post the engine size!!!
