After having the rotors turned, I noticed that the ride is not as smooth

(2007 GMC Acadia)

after picking up the car from the tire store, i noticed that the car felt like it was more bumpy when driving down the road. I took it back to the tire store and they are telling me it is the Internal Travel Stop wearing out and the only way to fix this problem is to put on a new front end suspension. Does anyone have any experience with this problem or fix?

not recommended so much to turn rotors. better to replace. i would venture to say poss. wheel bearings.
control arms u wud feel over the speed bumps or pot holes. steering linkage you wud feel extra sway when turning. does it vibe more when breaking? if so, poss. warped rotor. check tire pressure first though.
