how do i adjust front seat belt shoulder anchorage

Its one of those things that is intuitive to people that work on cars. I would just stop into any repair shop (preferably with Lexus or Toyota experience) they will surely take a moment to show you how to raise or lower the belt, The upper belt shoulder anchor should just slid up or down the door pillar.
