Our goal is to provide the best value when it comes to auto repair and maintenance. Value comes from many things including the experience of our ASE certified technicians, the high quality of the parts we use when repairing and servicing vehicles, and the 2 year 24,000 mile nationwide warranty that is included free of charge with most of our repairs.

I had a front end alignment done and my steering wheel is still off because the work isn't finished.

Reply from A-D Tire & Chassis – by ADTireandchassis October 26, 2014

There are three parameters measured and adjusted on a typical front-end alignment: toe, camber, and caster. Misaligned toe and camber directly affect tire wear; misaligned camber and caster can cause drift or "pull." A 4WD F450 is factory-built with limited wheel alignment adjustments - camber can only be adjusted with the installation of non-factory suspension parts. If those parts are not installed to correct a camber and/or caster problem, the vehicle may experience a drift or pull to one side that is corrected by holding the steering wheel against that pull. Worn wheel bearings will also affect alignment.

Question Answered by A-D Tire & Chassis
My back won't lift up
There are several possible causes for the rear suspension of your Lincoln to ride lower than normal. Could be a bad fuse or relay in the air compressor control circuit. Could be a leaking air line. Could be a bad compressor. Could be leaking air shocks. Could be a bad ride height sensor. Or a combination of any of these. A qualified technician can diagnose the exact cause and recommend repairs to get your Lincoln not so down in the dumps :o)

I'm not sure what you mean by "can you use air jacks," but it sounds like something that would alter that comfortable Lincoln ride in a bad way.
