When I press on the brake peddle the brakes grab and the-y wont return up without putting my foot under the peddle

IS THIS A HYDRABOOST SYSTEM? IF SO POSS HYDRABOOST IS BAD

I am not sure what a hydraboost is can you tell me where it is? It has a belt driven vacuum pump. And the standard brake vacuum booster. Thanks for the quick reply. It is very much appreciated

YES BEHIND THE MASTER CYL YOU EITHER HAVE A DRUM TYPE BRAKE BOOSTER WITH A VACUUM HOSE GOING TO IT OR A HYDRALIC HYDRABOOST WITH POWER STEERING FLUID RUNNUNG INTO IT.
