Acts as if it's not getting enough gas. Feels like friction causing drag

(2011 Hyundai Santa Fe)
in Tomball, TX on March 29, 2014
Only 14,500 mi on the odometer. Fuel pump was replaced June 2012. Is slow to accelerate, like it will die any minute. Has a really hard time on even the slightest incline. Is ok one it reaches 45mph. The traction indicator has come on a couple of times. It stayed on yesterday for several miles. It went off when I stopped & restarted the engine. Has not come on since.

Would that be covered under the powertrain warranty, otherwise it needs to be scanned, as well as the ABS module for direction in finding the fault. Traction control and reduced power is usually computer controlled.
