Hello, cylinder 4 misfire is not likely to be related to any of the other concerns. Diagnostic testing is required to find out what is causing the misfire.

The stabilitrac and traction control systems are a separate chassis diagnostic test that requires checking for trouble codes and then pursuing failures found.

The AC concern needs separate troubleshooting -- is it blowing hot? Not blowing at all? You will have to pursue the specific concern.

Check all fuses first -- but I do not feel like any of these concerns are associated with each other.
