A/c dont blow hard

(1997 Buick Park Avenue)

when i have it on heat the blower motor blows hard but when i go to a/c it hardly blows anything even with the hard turned all the way up

You could have a blower motor resistor failure. Have the circuit inspected.

It could be that the door that directs air flow could be a problem, or it could also be that the evaporator ices up for some reason preventing air flow with the AC on cold.
