AC compressor belt

(1999 Chevrolet C1500)
does a 1999 chevrolet silverado 1500 series pickup truck have a compressor belt for the AC. My fans work on the inside of vehicle, but only blow warm air. I checked all AC fuses...all good. Then checked pressure on the low side port and it was high 125 psi, so I assume that there is plenty of 134a freon? I'm hoping that all I need is a belt on the compressor....

125 psi is REALLY high for the low side. Normal reading is about 60-85 psi with the Compressor off and about 40-25 with it cycling. Is the belt missing, because yes, there is definitely a belt that drives the Compressor?
