A/C and heater

(1999 Buick LeSabre)
My A/C and heater always blows cold on passenger side and hot on driver side no matter what temperature setting...What is the problem??

This sounds like a blend door issue. The blend door or doors are the devices that route the air to the floor, to the passenger side, to the drivers side etc. You can have your climate control system scanned to see if the blend doors are working. By scanned, I don't mean a parts store code check, but a data scan with a Pro level scanner.
