Abs dash light on

(1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera)
Made repairs on both wheel speed sensors. Changed abs control module under right side of dash. The abs dash light still won't go off or reset itself. I need a brake and lamp inspection to get my salvage title. Spent overall 1000 to get this fixed no luck. What else could it be
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Nothing
How long have you had this problem? Eight months or longer

Replacing parts without performing needed testing will be a guessing game.

Being that you have a vehicle that has been considered a "total loss", there is obviously some kind of wide open circumstance causing the failures. Hands on testing with the shop manual handy evaluating the various components and retrieving present diagnostic trouble codes is needed to start with.
