About battery change can it affetc body control module

(2002 Hyundai Sonata)
in Wake Island, HI on July 19, 2014
I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata, on return from a 10 day trip I found battery dead in the Tullamarine airport and had the RACV in Melbourne change the battery. Car started OK as I drove off I immediately noticed the windows, mirror control, dashboard lights and mobilizer would not open the doors. stoped RACV and told RACV - The car was working perfectly before the battery change. Have been told there is something wrong with the body control module which cannot be communicated with . Could the battery change have been responsible for this, has anyone experienced this problem before. Any idea of replacement cost. RACV looking also at problem.

i dont think so, just by chance these two things happened im sure. or what ever caused ur modual to go could have caused your battery to lose charge.
