    OBD-II Code Powertrain Control Module (PCM) failure is defined as a Fuel Supply Heater Control Circuit High

    The Fuel Supply Heater keeps the fuel above freezing. If the Fuel Supply Heater fails to operate as requested, code P2689 will be stored.
