    OBD-II Code 4-wheel drive system is disabled is defined as a Transfer Case Control System (MIL Request)

    The Transfer Case locks together the front and rear differentials on a four wheel drive vehicle. If the Transfer Case Control Module detects the Transfer Case is not functioning properly, the Transfer Case Control Module will send a message to the engine computer (PCM) to set code P0800. Additional codes will be stored in the Transfer Case Control Module.
