What Does P0454 Code Mean?

OBD-II Code P0454 is defined as a Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Intermittent

The evaporative control (EVAP) system captures any fuel vapors from the fuel tank and sends them through the vehicle's intake to be burned in the normal combustion process. The EVAP Pressure Sensor/Switch tells the engine control module (PCM) how much pressure or vacuum is in the fuel tank so the rest of the EVAP system to act accordingly. When the PCM detects an inaccurate signal from the pressure sensor, it will set code P0454.
