60,000

(2005 Saturn Relay)

Should I get a 60,000 tune-up? A service shop told me that I would not need one until 100,00 miles on my model

You should follow the maintenance scheduled recommended by Saturn. It's in your owner's manual, and you can find it on RepairPal: http://repairpal.com/estimator

There is no such thing as a tune-up anymore. There is scheduled maintenance--fluid changes, spark plugs, timing belt, etc., and there is wear-and-tear--brakes, tires, belts, etc.

I wish that term "TUNE UP" never exsisted. Matte is correct. You'll find out that the plugs are good for 100K. The reason they can last that long is if everything is running properly the plugs are double platium. Of course the price goes with the quality of the plug.
