2006 gmc savana 2500 misfire got worse after i replaced spark plugs and wires

I was informed to replace plugs and wires after bring vehicle to garage. Vehicle was already misfiring after replacing plugs and wires car was worse set plugs to .040 on the gap as instructed what can I do to fix issue
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Worse when changed old plugs and wires
How long have you had this problem? Few weeks

GUESSING it has the 4.3L engine under hood - I’d say you have the plug wires crossed up.

(Incorrect firing order)

Dist. cap is numbered.

Cylinders 1-3-5 = drivers side - front to back

Cylinders 2-4-6 = passenger side - F to B

Remove the engine cover so you can see what you’re doing.

It's a 6.0 v8 with coil packs

Dont know if it makes a difference that it's a 9 passenger
