2005 Malibu 4 cyl 2.2L. Leaking coolant at the front main seal

(2005 Chevrolet Malibu)
in Chaska, MN on December 01, 2013
It seems to have started now that the weather is below 30 degrees F. Is this common? Where is the water pump?
I can't see anywhere else the coolant may be coming from. It also looks like the pulley is throwing the coolant onto the serpentine belt tensioner arm.

The water pump is underneath the exhaust manifold, attached to the back side of the timing cover. The balance shaft chain drives the pump inside the cover. There are special tools to secure the pulley to the front cover to hold the chain in place wheile the pump is being removed from the rear of the timing cover. I would not reccomend this job be done by an inexperienced technician.
