2005 Chevy Impala shakes on Highway when I accelerate and let off gas

When I get on the highway accelerate to buy 6065 and come up to a level speed the car starts to shake on the left side driver side front really bad and if I hit the gas it seems to stop shaking again but when I let off on a ste the car starts to shake on the left side driver side front really bad and if I hit the gas it seems to stop shaking again but when I let off on a steady speed and keep a steady speed is shakes on the left side onlyady speed and keep a steady speed is shakes on the left side only
What seems to make the problem better or worse? it seems to be worse when I let off the gas at a steady speed and Xterra at the study of speed and but when I give it gas to accelerate stops until I let off the gas and instead to stay speed it just hobbles and Shakes
How long have you had this problem? for about a week now had tires rotated to
