Fluid level been checked? Have shop with proper scanner read codes and monitor trans.

you have a governor in the transmission,it has a plastic gear on the end of the governor shaft, need to replace that gear;Makco,LLC 4336 Helton dr Florence,AL, 35630 PHONE#1-877-916-2526.I bought one for my 94 sentra,it's not really that hard to change out.16$ part. go to a Nissan dealer and have them give you a picture of the governor shaft
