ok first my car tells me sometime that there is security thing and my car may not restart and sometimes it dont start up after it tells me this i had a new key made and that was not the problem! second question my rear end hangs very low and it seems like the car just drives very hard whenever i go over bump the whole thing shakes i have to hold the steering wheel so tight so i dont go in the other lane, but that is just goin over bumps or cracks in the road!

There's many possibilities as far as the reason your car won't start that's associated with your "security thing". It's telling you it sees a problem and thinks you might be a possible thief. Usually it's the Ignition Lock Cylinder can't read your Ignition Key Diode...that little dimple piece that is on the ignition key. There could be other possibilities.
The answer to your other question is that your level ride system is not operating.
Answer to both questions is to allow a professional get involved. A Cadillac specialist or dealer.
