Drivers side rear squeak when you hit bumps, push down on rear fender, squeak, how do I fix, Thanks !

Sounds like you may have a looseness in a body panel or a suspension component, like a shock absorber. With noises it's tough to determine over the Internet. I would suggest a first hand inspection by a local technician.
