1990 chevy s10 blazer will not start turns over fine just wont fire.

fuel comes on changed fuel filter put on new coil does not appear to have spark or fuel.

Yeah that's what I'm gonna try next already installed a new coil and still no power out of the cap.

What is your fuel pressure and volume when tested with a gage? You either do or don't have spark. Which is it.

Don't know fuel pressure the pump is coming on and has a new fuel filter.

Just because you hear the pump doesn't mean you have enough fuel pressure or volume.
Just keep shooting parts at it. You'll eventually fix it.
