If the choke is sticking there needs to be a diagnosis as to why. In my experience most of the time sticking chokes was due to a ruptured diaphragm, but there could also be something going on with the electric choke or some type of mechanical binding. A qualified technician will need to make a diagnosis first and once you have the facts then you can proceed from there.
