145k miles, when I try to start it it doesn't turn over, no clicking.

It has only started since it has been getting cooler at night. I stuck a blowdryer on high on the starter for about 5 minutes and it started up fine. Wondering if this is a common problem. Last owner said he replaced starter in the last year.

Are you equipped to do any tests for signal and voltage TO starter and solenoid? All connections clean and tight?

I have a mechanic friend just didn't want to abuse the privilege if I didn't need to. Thanks for a direction to look in. I'll check the connections.
