    These guys are the best. They fix my old Mustang without any crap to deal it and they do it right the first time. Elayne and Gus are fantastic!

    They charged me $343.53 to replace a starter. The next week my car wouldn't start again. I needed a new battery and probably never needed a new starter. Also they wanted $800 to replace my strust. The real problem was a stabilizer bar that I got fixed for less than $100 elsewhere. Find an honest mechanic.

    I've been using this shop for some 15 years now. They have serviced all of my vehicles - classic chevy's ('57 pickup, '68 corvair), ford ('66 t-bird), vw ('74 bug), dodge ('64 dart), Rover ('97 D-90 defender), BMW (2000 740 il), Jaguar ( '96 & '98), mini-mook. They're an iconic NY shop, full of character, knowledge, skill and integrity. Conservative, and right-on in their diagnostics, never once have they over-serviced in an attempt to boost their prices. They've always stood behind their work, and found creative solutions that have stumped even dealerships. I recommend them wholeheartedly, without reservation.
