  A short story about Zimbrick's Hyundai Service Dept.:

  About a week before my move from Dallas, TX to Madison, my girlfriend backed my Hyundai over a curb at a fair rate of speed severely damaging the suspension on the rear, right wheel. (The car was no longer driveable).

  Upon taking the car to one of the largest Hyundai dealers in Dallas, I was informed that nearly the entire suspension assembly for the rear, right wheel would need to be replaced to the tune of almost $1700 dollars. Obviously, I was a little preoccupied preparing for the move, and just wanted the problem fixed. After two days of the dealership having issues with my insurance about payment, they told me it would be ready in 2 days. Unfortunately, they ended up not having the parts...at any of their 8 locations in the DFW metropolitan area. On top of this, I was informed it would take them 2 weeks to get the parts.

  I decided that I would take the car on a trailer up to Madison and get it fixed there rather than delay the move. Upon my arrival, just a week before Christmas, I found Zimbrick in the phone book and called them up. I took the car by that night and dropped the keys off.

  By noon the next morning Zimbrick had a quote (Only $1200 dollars to my surprise), had already squared the payment away with my insurance co., and had all necessary parts. I had my car back a two days later, just in time for Christmas shopping.

  As a new resident in a new city, I was a little worried taking a chance on an unknown dealership; however, Zimbrick thoroughly impressed me with their speed, honesty, quality of work, and attention to my needs. I'll never take my car anywhere else.
