Youngs charges 90 diagnostic fee. This is roughly twice as much as any mechanic in the area for the same job. Not to mention that it doesnt go toward the work done. When I picked up my truck the exterior visor was hanging off. I showed the mechanic. He walked over, ripped the entire thing off, handed it to me and said I needed to glue it back on. The truck started having the same problem 4 weeks after I brought it in and when I called they said theyd need another 90 dollar diagnostic fee. HA! I will NEVER use them again.
We invest a great deal of money in training and test equipment to diagnois vehicles accurately. With the high cost of parts, we are very careful to diagnois correctly the first time. My technician is paid for his time and training to test your vehicle. Then we repair the vehicle if approved by the customer.
The drivers side window had an aftermarket plastic visor on the outside that was attached with double sided tape and was coming off. We offered to glue it on, but customer did not have time so we removed it and put it in customers hand to prevent damage.We hope you find a repair facility that you trust.

Quick service, pretty honest people and good quality job
The main problem was the cost vs. what others would do the same job for. The quality of work and the caring attitude was much appreciated as this work was on my daughter's car.

Honest, not cheap, but honest.
Have had cars repaired with them for years, always honest, good prices and do the work as promised, they will tell you if they feel something else is needed they will also tell you how urgent they feel it is but never any pressure to get it done by them.

Very pleased with the service I was given.
My car was taken to Young's Automotive more than 3 times, and they could not find out what the problem was with my car. It would not start at any given time, no warning. Drove the car to Louisiana and was stuck there a week with no car and finally the car was sent to a dealership and repaired.
I am so sorry we could not diagnois your vehicle. The dreaded "intermittent problem" is very frustrating for you and our shop. Many times, even with the latest diagnostic tools, we cannot test a vehicle that is not broken while at the shop.
This was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanical shop.
