    The power window on my Honda Element broke. I had no idea whether the problem was the regulator, the motor, or something else entirely. The guys at Yale Automotive figured out what was wrong over the phone, called me back to make sure they had the parts available, and fixed it in about two hours. Not only did they do the job fast, they did it for a very reasonable price.

    The staff at Yale Automotive are friendly folks who clearly care about the quality of their work, as well as providing great customer service.
    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    I called first thing Monday morning to ask if they could possibly get to my truck that day and Garrett said yes. The wrecker dropped it off around noon and I was picking up my truck that evening just before closing time! 100% satisfied with the work and his honesty. I will definately recommend to friends and family.

    These guys are the real deal! So rare to find people of integrity in the car business! They fixed my Honda for a fraction of what the dealer wanted. They even discovered that one of the major repairs that the dealer said was needed wasn’t. We will be bringing our cars here from now on and highly recommend them to all our friends.

    I had my 2006 Lincoln Mark LT Towed in. These guys are phenomenal! I couldn't figure out what was wrong and the dealer would probably charged me twice or even more of what these guys did! Garrett is very cool and professional, I like the fact that they quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my truck. If you ever need your car repaired this is the place I'd recommend and I will put my word on his work! Really great shop and great Techs to! I am definitely coming back again and they are my new techs!

    Forget dealers! These guys are a 1000X better! Found a minor problem and fixed it at what I consider a very fair amount. Even did some extra testing to make sure that everything was OK. They'll get ALL my future business -- no question!

    I got my 99 Ford Contour SVT towed to Yale when the alternator went out. Mechanics were very knowledgable and friendly. Price for repair was less than expected. My car was fixed the same day it arrived at the shop. This is a great shop where mechanics know what they are doing and charge a fair price for it. I'm making this the regular shop for all of my car repairs
