    The timing belt broke on my car, the mechanic told me "it is very unlikly that it did any damage to the cylinder head". So I paid for a timing belt replacement. Come to find out, It did do damage to ALL four cylinders and even damaged the pistons. When I went to obtain personal items from my car, I found out the my roof rack had been stolen while at the shop. As soon as I suggested that the shop should do something about it they got VERY rude to me. So now Im paying almost $1000 for a torn apart car and a stolen rack.
    DO NOT GO TO YAKIMA AUTOMOTIVE!

    I have taken my vehicles to yakima automotive since I was 16, they do everything on my vehicle from oil changes, to maintenance, to anything major it might need. I bought a brand new vehicle a few years ago and they have kept it running well for over 150,000 miles now, and its still going! I would recommend this place to anyone
