You will likely find that most of those codes are either erroneous or useless for a diagnosis. I would recommend clearing the codes and road testing a short bit. The ones that come back right away are the ones to attack. It looks like a bank 2 lean code and an EGR flow code, to identify two items there. So, there indeed may be more than one problem. There definitely is not 8 problems.
So to answer your question - "worth it" is totally in the eye of the beholder. You could spend perhaps $300-$700 on repairs depending on what is wrong. That's still probably cheaper than a new car... Depends on how the rest of the vehicle checks out and whether you are attached to the truck or not.
