The excellent service. The sell up was a little heavy. They took care of the problem in a timely manner and took care of it in a friendly manner. Our vehicle's problems seemed to get worse after each visit. A couple of the repairs we did get required us to return due to problems they caused. The estimates for repairs were each roughly $500+, to replace brakes and repair a noise it was making. We went to a different business who repaired the noise. The other business also pointed out that a large bolt had not been put in it's proper place, it hadn't even been put back, which is why the noise was getting worse. I find Woodburn Carcraft lacking in skills and business integrity.
The entire team is attentive, and I felt I was given honest and authentic advice. Bottom line, I felt I could trust the Woodburn Carcraft team.
